Several studies have indicated an unprecedented increase in the number of Arab youth who watch music videos. It is also a custom in Arab countries to broadcast songs at their happy parties such as weddings, engagements and birthdays. We see that guests and party owners interact by dancing and singing with the songs, while the viewership rates of Arab music videos have reached millions on YouTube. The researcher decided to study the image of women through the lyrics of these songs, due to their importance in shaping the image of women in the minds of young people and shaping the (self-image) of young women. Twenty songs were selected from the most watched songs on YouTube for the year 2024, and it was found that the negative qualities of the lover are more than the positive qualities. It was also found that the relationship between the lover and the lover is the first axis in the songs, and she was accused of betrayal, arrogance and greed, and her inability to make the right decisions, and her regret for her wrong decisions. The present study analyzes the violation of the strategies of conversation in two English plays namely Richard II and King Lear. The present study tries to achieve the following goals: 1. showing how the strategies of real conversation can be applied to conversation in plays. 2. analyzing how the characters communicate with each other to discover how Shakespeare violates the strategies of conversation in depicting his characters. The study has been conducted on the bases of the following hypotheses:
- The strategies of conversation which are derived from the study of natural conversation can be applied to conversation in drama with some modification for dramatic purposes.
Two isolates of Staphylococcus xylosus (urease producer and non urease producer) were injected in mice at a dose of 2 × 108 colony-forming units (CFU) intraurethrally. Results showed that both isolates were able to colonize kidney and bladder of the injected mice, regardless of their urease production. Moreover, there were insignificant differences between the two groups. These results emphasized the pathogenicity of this bacteria in UTI.
