 The issue of inequality in distribution of income and / or consumption expenditure is related to economic welfare because there is an inverse relationship between the economic welfare on the one hand, and the degree of inequality, on the other hand. Despite the fact that inequality is considered as normal phenomenon in every society, but if it exceeded certain limits it will lead to undesirable economic, social and political consequences.      In this paper, Bayesian estimator for the parameter and reliability function of inverse Rayleigh distribution (IRD) were obtained Under three types of loss function, namely, square error loss function (SELF), Modified Square error loss function (MSELF) and Precautionary loss function (PLF),taking into consideration the  informative and non- informative  prior. The performance of such estimators was assessed on the basis of mean square error (MSE) criterion by performing a Monte Carlo simulation technique.

In this research work, a simulator with time-domain visualizers and configurable parameters using a continuous time simulation approach with Matlab R2019a is presented for modeling and investigating the performance of optical fiber and free-space quantum channels as a part of a generic quantum key distribution system simulator. Trimmed Linear moments (TL-moments) are natural generalization of L-moments that do not require the mean of the underlying distribution to exist. It is known that the sample TL-moments is unbiased estimators to corresponding population TL-moment. This study includes six species related to the genus Echinops L. (composite) grown in Iraq which are listed below: E.armatus Boiss. & Hausskn., E. bicolor Nabelek, E. cephalotes DC., E.haussknechtii Boiss., E. moulensis Rech., E. nitens Bornm., the geographical distribution and ecological preferences' were documented.
It has been also observed that this genus was distributed near waterfalls, vallies, road side, dry limestone, clay soil and hard rocky soil in Different heights. The most separated species was E.armatus and the least separated one was E.haussknechtii, the species was listed in diagram and distributed on a map.

Bakground: A prospective study was designed to find out the prevalence of different types of T.B. among women and children.
Methods: A total of 390 patients aged from less than one year up to more than 65 years who attended T.B. center in Kirkuk city from beginning to end of 2005, were included in the study. A detail clinical and laboratory examination were carried out to confirm the diagnosis.
Results: The rate of infection in females (46.15%) was lower than males (53.84%). In pediatric age groups, the highest rate was among the age 12-14 (2.05%) and the lowest was among
