Production and characterization of methionine γ- lyase from Pseudomonas putida and its effect on cancer cell lines

I n vitro rooting plantlets of three sugarcane genotypes(Co.j.64, Co.j.86 and Missan) were cultured in the field after exposed at different doses of gamma rays (1,2,3,4,) kr. Data of reduction percentage on vegetative growth, roots number, length per plant and their diameter were investigated. Results showed gradual reductions in number of shoots, length and diameter as according to increasing of gamma doses. The reduction percentage in shoot number, length were reached 57.86,70.36 % at 4 kr respectively which have mean number and length per plant reached (9.27 and 55.33 cm) as compared with the control treatment ,While 1 kr caused higher percent in diameter reached 9.69 % with mean of diameter per plant reached 2.57 cm. Calculations of sputtering yield for Lithium,Sodium and Krypton bombarded by the same own ions are achieved by using TRIM program.The relation of angular dependent of sputtering yield for each ion/target is studied. Also, the dependence of the sputtering yield of target on the energy of the same ion is discussed and plotted graphically. Many researchers applied polynomials function to fit the sputtering data from experimental and simulation programs, however, we suggest to use Ior function for fitting the angular distribution of the sputtering yield. A New data for fitting coefficients of the used ion/target are presented by applying used function for the dependence of the sputtering yield on the ion energy.

The problem of the research lies in special motor abilities training programs like the balance that positively affect coordination between the nervous system and muscles. These training programs did not get enough attention from athletes especially young athletes; their training was restricted to physical abilities like strength, speed, and endurance instead. The research aimed at designing an apparatus for developing athletes’ balance in national centers for gifted/ ministry of youth and sport so as to provide a measurement for coached in this field. The results showed that the designed apparatus have a positive effect on developing the subjects’ balance in boxing and basketball athletes.
