Vapor-liquid equilibrium data are presented for the binary systems n-hexane - 1-propanol, benzene - 1-propanol and n-hexane – benzene at 760 mm of mercury pressure. In addition ternary data are presented at selected compositions with respect to the 1-propanol in the 1-propanol, benzene, n-hexane system at 760 mmHg. The results indicate the relative volatility of n-hexane relative to benzene increases appreciably with addition of 1-propanol.

    A theoretical calculation of the reorganization energies is demonstrated for semiconductor (TiOâ‚‚, ZnO) and organic dye (safranine T, and coumarin) with a variety solvent such that (water,  1­propanol, Formamide, Acetonitrile and Ethanol).     The reorganization energy values for dye –semiconductor interface system are large in high polar solvent (water 741 .0  , Acetonitrile 708 .0  , Ethanol 669 .0  ) and small in low polar solvent(1­propanol 635 .0  . The best optimum temperature for the isolate was 30○C while the pH for the maximum mineral removal was 6. The best primary mineral removal was 100mg/L, while the maximum removal for all minerals was obtained after 8 hrs, and the maximum removal efficiency was obtained after 24 hrs. The results have proved that the best aeration for maximum removal was obtained at rotation speed of 150 rpm/ minute. Inoculums of 5ml/ 100ml which contained 106 cell/ ml showed maximum removal for the isolate.
