The success of an organization is significantly influenced by strategic performance, a focal point in recent scholarly investigations and regulatory considerations. This study delves into the examination of the impact of strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation on the strategic performance within the context of the oil industry in Iraq. Additionally, the research explores the moderating influence of leadership style on the relationship between strategy formulation, implementation, evaluation, and strategic performance in the Iraqi oil industry. Data collection involved the utilization of survey questionnaires distributed to selected employees of Iraqi oil companies. Statistical analysis, specifically SPSS-AMOS, was employed to scrutinize the interconnections among the variables under consideration. The findings unveiled a positive correlation between strategy formulation, implementation, evaluation, and the strategic performance of the oil industry in Iraq. Moreover, the study revealed a significant moderating effect of leadership style on the relationship between strategy formulation, implementation evaluation, and strategic performance in the aforementioned industry. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers, suggesting that enhancing strategic performance can be achieved through effective strategy formulation, implementation, and the adoption of an impactful leadership style.

This study was aimed to investigate the effect of essential oil extracted from the yellow peels of Citrus aurantium on the growth of four species of fungi: Penicillium expansum, Penicillium oxalicum, Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium proliferatum and effect of one fungicide: Aliette (fosetyl-aluminum) against these fungi. The results showed that the essential oil of C. aurantium inhibited the radial growth of P. oxalicum at concentration 4.5% while P. expansum and F. oxysporum at concentrations 5% and F. proliferatum at concentrations 5.5% additionally the one fungicide tested showed inhibitory effect on radial growth of these fungi. So that there is a negative relationship between the increasing of concentration and radial growth of fungi.

Chitinase-3-like 1 protein (YKL-40) is a glycoprotein primarily produced in the arthritic joint and plays a crucial role in inflammatory processes. The aim of the study is to establish the role of YKL-40 as a biomarker for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) compared to proinflammatory biomarkers and disease activity. The study included 58 patients and 18 control. Diseases activity score (DAS-28) and clinical disease activity index (CDAI) were measured. The determination of river pollution impact on the performance of water treatment plants is achieved by two main objectives. The first is to study raw and treated water qualities and comparing them with standards and the second is to evaluate the treatment plants efficiency. The analyzed data were those water quality parameters in relation to physical, chemical and bacteriological characteristics for river water and produced water by seven water treatment plants located on Tigris River passing through Baghdad City.
The results of this study indicated that all raw water characteristic are within the surface water standards established by Iraqi and USA criteria except Bacterial Counts.
