The success of an organization is significantly influenced by strategic performance, a focal point in recent scholarly investigations and regulatory considerations. This study delves into the examination of the impact of strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation on the strategic performance within the context of the oil industry in Iraq. Additionally, the research explores the moderating influence of leadership style on the relationship between strategy formulation, implementation, evaluation, and strategic performance in the Iraqi oil industry. Data collection involved the utilization of survey questionnaires distributed to selected employees of Iraqi oil companies. Statistical analysis, specifically SPSS-AMOS, was employed to scrutinize the interconnections among the variables under consideration. The findings unveiled a positive correlation between strategy formulation, implementation, evaluation, and the strategic performance of the oil industry in Iraq. Moreover, the study revealed a significant moderating effect of leadership style on the relationship between strategy formulation, implementation evaluation, and strategic performance in the aforementioned industry. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers, suggesting that enhancing strategic performance can be achieved through effective strategy formulation, implementation, and the adoption of an impactful leadership style.

The study aimed to identify the awareness degree of teacher students in the department of Arabic language and their supervisors at Al-aqsa University for their future roles in the age of knowledge. In this study two types of extraction solvents were used to extract the undesirable polyaromatics, the first solvent was furfural which was used today in the Iraqi refineries and the second was NMP (N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone).
The studied effecting variables of extraction are extraction temperature ranged from 70 to 110°C and solvent to oil ratio in the range from 1:1 to 4:1.

The topicality of the issue can be explained by rapid development of market economy which affects in its turn business correspondence. In this regard, there are a lot of cliché, terms and professionalisms appeared recently. Only correct usage of them can serve as a key to successful communication in Russian as well as other languages. This work highlights documents that are part of the diplomatic style such as declarations, credentials, notes, resolutions and other documents. In this paper investigate the influences of dissolved CO2/H2S gases, crude oil velocity and temperature on the rate of corrosion of crude oil transmission pipelines of Maysan oil fields southern Iraq. The Potentiostatic corrosion test technique was conducted into two types of carbon steel pipeline (materials API 5L X60 and API 5L X80). The computer software ECE electronic corrosion engineer was used to predict the influences of CO2 partial pressure, the composition of crude oil, flow velocity of crude oil and percentage of material elements of carbon steel on the rate of corrosion.
