Racism is a serious issue that impacts a lot of people around the world. Since slavery days, racial discrimination has been increasing to abhorrent levels in relation to black people. The aim of individual psychology by Alfred Adler is to study human behaviour by situating it in the social context which makes his writing ideal to explanation of racism. This paper aims to study racism in Roy Williams’ Fallout from the perspective of Alfred Adler’s theory. Alfred Adler's individual psychology emphasizes the importance of social factors in shaping individual behavior, including the ways in which individuals form their sense of self and identity. This makes it a valuable framework for understanding the complex social and psychological factors that underpin racism. Through Adler's lens, one can examine how racist beliefs and behaviors are often rooted in feelings of inferiority or insecurity, as well as in broader social and cultural contexts that reinforce racial hierarchies and stereotypes. Roy Williams' Fallout provides a compelling case study for applying Adler's theory to the issue of racism. Set in the aftermath of a racial controversy of child’s murder, the play explores the complex interplay between individual psychology, social structures, and cultural norms that contribute to racism and perpetuate its harmful effects. By analyzing the characters' motivations, emotions, and behaviors through the lens of Adler's theory, one can gain a deeper understanding of the psychological and social dynamics that drive racism and perpetuate inequality. This study asks the question of what causes racism in social settings, is it something innate or aggravated inside people by outside forces? Background : The kidneys may be injured in abdominal trauma, both blunt & penetrating. Renal trauma may manifest in a dramatic fashion for both the patient and the clinician. Objectives: To evaluate the incidence, management, morbidity &mortality of renal injury in blunt & penetrating abdominal trauma.
Results:The majority o f patients were males (35= 77.8%), the rest were females (10= 22.2%). The average age was 37 years (range= 18-56 years). The most common grades were grade1, grade2 and grade3 (40=88.9%), while 5 patients (11.1%) were grades 4 and 5.The most common associated injuries were liver, spleen, small & large bowels and diaphragm. Chest X-rays have long been used to diagnose pneumothorax. In trauma patients, chest ultrasonography combined with chest CT may be a safer, faster, and more accurate approach. This could lead to better and quicker management of traumatic pneumothorax, as well as enhanced patient safety and clinical results.
The purpose of this study was to assess the efficacy and utility of bedside US chest in identifying traumatic pneumothorax and also its capacity to estimate the extent of the lesion in comparison to the gold standard modality chest computed tomography.

This study aims to identify the most important legislatures and legal frameworks pertaining to advertisement for children. It focuses on the western approach, which is characterized by the variety of its perspectives in presenting issues and in identifying problems.
