this work, a simple method was used to prepare the MnO2 nanoparticles. These nanoparticles then were characterized by several techniques, such as X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscope (AFM). The results showed that the diffraction peak of MnO2 nanoparticles was similar to that of standard data. The images of AFM and SEM indicated that the MnO2 nanorods were growing from the MnO2 nano spherical shape. PVA-pentaerythritol/MnO2 nanocomposite films were fabricated by evaporating casting method. The dielectric constant and loss tangent of P-Ery/MnO2 films were measured between 10 kHz and 1 MHz using LCR. As the content of MnO2 increased, the dielectric constant decreased from 1.6 to 1.3. The loss tangent of P-Ery was very low at 400 kHz, which increased by an increase in the MnO2 content. In the current review, an updated list of dark beetle species (Coleoptera, Tenebrionidae) recorded in Iraq was given. The current paper is based on previous studies in the literature and contains all dark beetles referred to in Iraq, except for the species within the Pimelinae subfamily. The investigation of this review showed the presence of 89 species belonging to 34 genera within five subfamilies. This work included mentioning the basionyms and synonyms for genera and species with their global distribution, as well as, correcting the scientific names that were mentioned in the previous checklists.

This work illustrates an enhanced visible light photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange dye (M.O.) by employing BiOI / BiOCl composites prepared under room temperature and without any organic precursors. Various experimental parameters have been studied, namely; composition of the composite, irradiation time and cell material. Composition D which implied 75% BiOI and 25% BiOCl has shown the highest bleaching of M.O. dye. This confirms the optimum photo-sensitization phenomenon for this composition in comparison to others. This work aims to analyze a three-dimensional discrete-time biological system, a prey-predator model with a constant harvesting amount. The stage structure lies in the predator species. This analysis is done by finding all possible equilibria and investigating their stability. In order to get an optimal harvesting strategy, we suppose that harvesting is to be a non-constant rate. Finally, numerical simulations are given to confirm the outcome of mathematical analysis.

This paper aims to make a historical review of jet grouting techniques and encountered problems at different sites in several countries. This review is a good guide to understanding the performance and limitations of improved soils or lands. The basic concept of jet grouting technology is to use cement as a binder to accelerate the hardening process of an admixture of material grout and soil. The different case history was conducted in both sand soil and clay soil in the horizontal and vertical direction. Other papers on field construction showed that the grout can be gelled within 5-10 minutes. Due to different cases and studies, these will help improve soil by supporting the foundation load with a minimal settlement.

The survival of dried spores of A.flavus, Penicillia Spp., and Cladosporia Spp.inoculated into multivitamins and folic acid tablets were examined at different compression pressures.Survival of fungal spores decreased with increasing compression pressure. The level of survival at particular pressures was shown to depend on the size of the contaminating fungal spores.The lethal effect of tabletting was attributed to shearing forces upon the contaminating spores generated by interparticulate movement. This hypothesis was supported by the dependence of survival upon spore size.
