Introduction: In evidence-based era of cardiology with emerging of potential therapies, it is crucial to include diverse population in terms of (geography, gender, race, and economic status) in clinical trials (CT) to enhance generalizability of trials results. Such inclusion necessitates exploring barriers and motivators of diverse population for participation in CT. There is lack of data from Middle Eastern countries regarding perspectives of population about CT. Furthermore, there is no data about perceptions of Iraqi population in general and women in particular regarding CT.

Research question: We

The study was carried out to detection of H. pylori in (218) patients who attended two teaching hospitals in Baghdad. The diagnosis was done by Immunochromatography methods. Stools and blood samples were taken from each patient as well as other (30) healthy control matching in age. The study included measurement the Levels of Interleukin-32, Interleukin-33, and Acid phosphatase   in sera of patients and control .The result indicated  presence  of H pylori antigen in 115 cases 59 cases  of males and 51 of females , Also, the result indicated  increasing levels of IL-32 and IL-33 and Acid phosphatase  in patients sera  in comparison with healthy control.

The primary objective of this study was to determine whether local and imported cigarette brands used in Iraq , have they elevated levels of metals or not .Three metals Lead (Pb) , Cadmium (Cd) and Chromium(Cr) were determined in tobacco of seventeen brands of imported cigarettes commonly available in Iraq and three Iraqi domestic cigarettes , which were randomly taken from retail market in Baghdad by using flame atomic absorption spectrometry. A linear and nonlinear theoretical and experimental aeroelastic investigation of a wing-flap-tab typical section model undergoing two-dimensional incompressible airflow is described. The linear flutter velocity (LFV) and frequency are predicted using linear analysis. Then a freeplay structural nonlinearity is considered in the tab.
