This study aims to clarify the role of Iraqi satellite channels in spreading negative values ​​among university youth; and the tendency of this segment to simulate the descending behaviors and pseudo-peculiar concepts of our society, which are displayed through the screens of these channels, based on the relevant media literature such as scientific references and the results of previous studies and research.

The study followed the survey methodology to examine the public based on the questionnaire as a research tool, which was distributed to a sample of male and female students of Baghdad University enrolled in the university for the academic year 2011-2012.

            A field study aimed to improve  administrative performance of the Heads of Departments in Wasit University in light of the administrative functions, a questionnaire constructed was c of 38 items, as have been applied during the academic year 2014/2015 to a group of experts from the deans and assistants, professors and heads of departments using the Delphi method by two rounds the adoption rate of 90% and an agreement was numbered 30 experts and study reached important results have been analyzed and discussed according to fields of study, a planning, organization and direction.

In this research, the covariance estimates were used to estimate the population mean in the stratified random sampling and combined regression estimates. were compared by employing the robust variance-covariance matrices estimates with combined regression estimates by employing the traditional variance-covariance matrices estimates when estimating the regression parameter, through the two efficiency criteria (RE) and mean squared error (MSE). The research aims to identify the effectiveness of violence by parents in the consolidation of positive values among students. Additionally, the research aims to identify the differences in violence levels among students regarding their gender (males & females). The study was limited to the intermediate school students in Baghdad city / Karkh2 for the academic year 2017-2018. The results showed that males are more violent than females do and that discrimination led to experience violence more than other methods. The researcher recommends the need to create a positive atmosphere within the school context. Iraqi EFL college instructors, who supervise the teaching practice of EFL student teachers, commonly experience the inefficient teaching performance of prospective teachers. This inefficiency is usually due to their inability to make connections between the practical experience and the theoretical knowledge of TEFL. One of the reasons behind this inability may be the employment of traditional ways of training and instructing student teachers. Moreover, it is usually noticed that many Iraqi EFL student teachers have a negative attitude toward the teaching profession. They explicitly state that they would join the teaching force only if they fail to work in any other field.
