They also controlled northern Babylonia. The conflicts continued between the Larsa dynasty and the Isin dynasty, and then the First Babylonian dynasty. Then the situation deteriorated in Larsa itself, but King Kudrambuk was able to defeat the attacking armies and restore the power of Larsa and install his son. King Wardsen on the throne, and the importance of Isin decreased and its dynasty was finally eliminated after the attack of the King of Larsa Rim-Sin.
