الملخص ان حق الملكية هو الحق الاوسع نطاقا يمنح صاحبه صلاحية ممارسة السلطات كافة ويكون محل هذه السلطات كل ما يملك الشخص سواء كان شقه او طبقة اسوة بالعقارات الاخرى كدار للسكن او ارض ، ومن اهم هذه السلطات واوسعها نطاقا ( هو سلطة التصرف ). تعد هذه السلطة جوهر حق الملكية وأخطر السلطات الممنوحة للمالك كونه بواسطتها يمكنه الاستغناء عن ملكه بأي تصرف ناقل له كالبيع أو الهبة او الوصية مثلا ، ولأهمية هذه السلطة وخطورتها وفرت التشريعات القانونية اقصى درجات الحماية لها ، و تمنح سلطة التصرف لكل مالك عقار أيا كان نوعه ارضاً ، داراً سكنية ، عمارة ، شقة او طبقة داخل عمارة . Summary: The right of ownership is the broadest right that gives its owner the authority to exercise all powers, and the place of these powers is everything that a person owns, whether it is an apartment or a floor, similar to other real estate, such as a house for housing or land, and one of the most important and broadest of these powers, is the power of disposal. The objectives of this study are to determine; the uniformity qn/q1 (ratio of the discharge at last outlet, qn to the discharge at first outlet, q1) and total head losses of the flow along straight and rectangular loop manifolds with different flow conditions. The effect of mixed corrosion inhibitors in cooling system was evaluated by using carbon steel specimens and weight loss analysis. The carbon steel specimens immersed in mixture of sodium phosphate (Na2 HPO4) used as corrosion inhibitor and sodium glocunate (C6 H11 NaO7) as a scale dispersant at different concentrations (20,40, 60, 80 ppm) and at different temperature (25,50,75 and 100)ºC for (1-5) days. The corrosion inhibitors efficiency was calculated by using uninhibited and inhibited water to give 98.1%. The aim of this essay is to use a single-index model in developing and adjusting Fama-MacBeth. Penalized smoothing spline regression technique (SIMPLS) foresaw this adjustment.
