Abstract: The aim of this study was to identify the Distress Tolerance among the Employees in  Media and Communication in Baghdad.and to identify the significance of the differences between sex ,scientific specialization ,age,and marital status. and the researcher used the Distrees  Tolerance measure for Simon &Gahar 2005.  The sample of the study consisted of(37)Employees.The Scale of Distrees Tolerance were used as the study tools after being checked for their Validity and Reliability. This paper discusses a comparative study to relate parametric and non-parametric mode decomposition algorithms for response-only data. Three popular mode decomposition algorithms are included in this study: the Eigensystem Realization Algorithm with the Natural Excitation Technique (NExT-ERA) for the parametric algorithm, as well as the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and the Independent Component Analysis (ICA) for the non-parametric algorithms. The corcosion behoviour of Aluminum bronze in sodium chloride solution has been studied ^tentiostatically at five temperatures in the range 293-313K.The corrosion potential shifted to more negative values with increasing temperature. The corrosion current density increased with increasing temperature.
