       The climate parameters (rainfall, number of rainy days and temperature) data for about seventy years from 1941 – 2009 for three Iraqi meteorological stations (Diwaniya, Nasiriya, and Kut) were investigated and gave good evidence of climate change. As well as  the climatic water balance and the climatic conditions were determined at Karbala meteorological station for the years (1982-2015). Quercetin, one of the flavonoids family member, can be found in many vegetables, fruits, and beverages with a noticeable nutritional pharmacological properties. This study was aimed to evaluate the ability of quercetin to inhibit lipopolysaccharide (LPS) that induced lethal toxicity in vivo, and to elucidate the importance of the quercetin as an antitumor agent in breast cancer cell line MCF-7.In vivo experiments included the effect of hesperidin and LPS on the liver and spleen of male mice. The work done in this paper to study properties for nitrogen plasma generated by method electrical discharge when the aluminum was a target. Experimental study on the effect electrodes material, applied voltages on spectroscopic parameter for DC discharge plasma in Nitrogen gas using planner electrodes were done.

     The electron temperature, increase with increasing applied voltage from (700 to 1100) V. While the plasma density, calculate by Stark broadening effect, which increase with it.
