It is known that the distinguished scholar and writers in any kind of science leave an important impact on those who come after them, so they are an indispensable source in that science that draws from them who is later in time than them, and this is what we have seen in this research; The scholar Muhammad bin Shuraih al-Ra’ini (d.476 AH) and his book (Al-Kafi in the Seven Readings) were admired by everyone who wrote about the readings after him. The great scholars of the readings, such as Ibn al-Bathish (d. 540 AH), Ibn al-Jazari (d. 833 AH), and Ibn al-Banna’ did not dispense with him. (d.1117 AH) in terms of reading, isnad, and the way of narration, their books were full of mentioning Al-Ra’ini and his book Al-Kafi in most of its pages, and this is the effect that we will stand on in this research, with His permission.
The study aims to identify the effectiveness of employing microteaching in acquiring teaching skills of students teaching basic stage in Al-Aqsa University. The two researchers used the experimental method and a quota sample consisted of a group of (80) students who were distributed on the university two branches in Gaza and Khan younis and on males and females equally, and on four teaching courses counted (20) students for each. This cluster is responsible for the synthesis of the genotoxin colibactin that might have an important role in the induction of double-strand DNA breaks, leading to promote human colorectal cancer (CRC). Eleven out of the eighty eight isolates (12.5%) were pks+, distributed as 7 (8%) isolates of E. coli, 2 (2.25%) of K. pneumoniae and 2 (2.25%) of E. aerogenes.
