It is known that the distinguished scholar and writers in any kind of science leave an important impact on those who come after them, so they are an indispensable source in that science that draws from them who is later in time than them, and this is what we have seen in this research; The scholar Muhammad bin Shuraih al-Ra’ini (d.476 AH) and his book (Al-Kafi in the Seven Readings) were admired by everyone who wrote about the readings after him. The great scholars of the readings, such as Ibn al-Bathish (d. 540 AH), Ibn al-Jazari (d. 833 AH), and Ibn al-Banna’ did not dispense with him. (d.1117 AH) in terms of reading, isnad, and the way of narration, their books were full of mentioning Al-Ra’ini and his book Al-Kafi in most of its pages, and this is the effect that we will stand on in this research, with His permission.
The research aimed at finding out the effect of functional rotation on the tax performance of the employees of the General Authority for Taxes through the five-meter questionnaire prepared according to the required data. The data obtained from the research sample were analyzed. The results showed a significant effect of recycling In the tax performance, and this is evident from the proportion of his contribution to the interpretation of the total variation, which is a good indicator of the impact of functional rotation in the performance of the body sample research.
This research aims to clarify the concept of doctrinal rules and adjust its basic terminologies. It further aims to lay down a map for the method of rooting this science by mentioning its rooted sources, in addition to drawing a miniature picture of its history, origin, formation and development. The paper ends with practical models to highlight its importance in rooting the science of nodal rules and facilitating the mentioning of its scattered discussions in a short and comprehensive phrase.
