This research is important because of the importance of the subject matter and the implications for the future of development in Iraq. This requires linking the accounting systems with the economic developments. The accounting system we will address in this research is the cost accounting system and its role in determining value added tax. The value added tax and the extent of the relationship with the general accounting principles of cost accounting through which the value added is determined provided the use of a sound and effective cost system.

This study aims to isolate and identify bacteria from patients with TCC-bladder cancer or patients with a negative cystoscope and estimate antibiotic susceptibility patterns and evaluate some of the virulence factors. Some types of the fungus Aspergillus were isolated from some hospitals in the city of Baghdad (Imam Ali Hospital and Sadr General Hospital). The samples were taken by Transport media at a rate of three replicates of each place isolated from samples from different places within the hospital (waste, baths, the sick beds, corridors and room floors) for the purpose of isolating and diagnosing the fungus on the Czapeck Dox Agar media.
