      يتناول هذا البحث موضوعاً يتركز في جانب تحديد مفهوم ومحتوى الإستراتيجية. وقد أشارت الأدبيات إلى عدد من المحاولات التي هدفت إلى تلمس مفهوم ومحتوى الإستراتيجية في منظمات الأعمال، غير أن تلك المحاولات- على الرغم من ندرتها- كانت تتسم بغلبة الأطر النظرية والتعبير عن المفهوم، بالإستناد إلى حوارات فكرية وإرهاصات ذات علاقة بمفهوم ومحتوى الإستراتيجية.

The research aims to identify the effectiveness of violence by parents in the consolidation of positive values among students. Additionally, the research aims to identify the differences in violence levels among students regarding their gender (males & females). The study was limited to the intermediate school students in Baghdad city / Karkh2 for the academic year 2017-2018. The results showed that males are more violent than females do and that discrimination led to experience violence more than other methods. In this work, nanostructure zinc sulfide (ZnS) thin films at temperature of substrate 450 oC and thickness (120) nm have been produced by chemical spray pyrolysis method. The X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) measurements of the film showed that they have a polycrystalline structure and possessed a hexagonal phase with strong crystalline orientation of (103). This study aimed to reveal the degree possession of secondary teachers for effective teaching skills from the perspective of the teachers themselves in the Mafraq governorate .To achieve the objective of the study(45) teachers were chosen randomly, also a questionnaire composed of 17 was prepared spread over three skill areas (planning, implementation, evaluation).
