إن المعتقدات الخاصة بالسحر والعرافة قديمة جدا كون الإنسان عرف الكثير منها ومارس أنواع من الأساليب السحرية منذ أقدم العصور ومن أكثر العلوم التي حرم تعليمها ونشرها هو علم السحر والسيمياء أو الكيمياء والشعبذة والحيل . ومع ذلك عرف السحر من قبل سكان بلاد وادي الرافدين ولاسيما في بابل والسحر يمثل أقدم مرحلة في تطور العقل البشري .
The research aims to identify the level of psychological pollution in Iraqi society and the significant differences in psychological pollution in the Iraqi society according to variables. A sample of (600) individuals randomly selected from all governorates of Iraq, with (285) males and (315) females was used in the current study. The researcher adopted the scale of (Muhammad, 2004) psychological pollution consisting of (118) items, which limited (46) items after modification distributed into four areas: denial and abuse of the civilized identity, attachment to foreign formal aspects, effeminacy, and anarchism. Allah created human being in it's best way and give him a soul thus ,
he will be a human with faith that has movement and life and the centre of his
soul is the sense which differentiate human from other animals. This
sensation generated from different senses that made the soul.
God had given him a protected heart, talkative tounge and clear seeing
to understand with consideration, so he will prevent himself of falling in wrong
by thinking and situation that he will pass by.

God is the source of every grace in which man lives and enjoys, and there is no one in the world told himself that created and destined and ridiculed and found out of nothing God Almighty alone.
The grace is an affliction from God Almighty, when God Almighty blesses his servant with money or children and others, the slave thinks the acceptance of God Almighty, but may be a source of affliction and scrutiny.
Context has occupied a distinguished place as far as the understanding of the texts and deducting the rules from them or analyzing them. The context was considered as one of the important presumptions as far arriving at the desired meanings is concerned. The word is worthless and the meaning is not known unless we know the context in which it came. The context in its two types the lingual and non-lingual types. It is the best for knowing the intended meaning of the Quranic verses to know the real meaning.

Through tracingthe term “derivation” in the Holy Quran, I found that the word derivation varies and graduates in meaning from one form to another according to what has been mentioned in the Quranic context. In order to show that variation and graduation, we trace it in three axes:
The first axis (openness): the term “derivation” graduates from the meaning of openness and opening in its broad meaning to partial openness.
The second axis (the dispute): the term “derivation” participated with the general and private meaning, i.e. from hostility to antipathy.
