Objective(s): The study aims to measure the effectiveness of the program on removing dead tissue for burn patients by testing the nurses before the program in addition to testing them again after implementing the educational program.

In this work, the effect of different particle size on the nonlinear optical properties of silver nanoparticles in de-ionized water was studied. The experimental observation of the far field diffraction patterns by CCD camera in two and three dimensions. This work aimed to investigate the effect of Diode laser 805 nm on plasmid DNA and RNA
contents of some Gram negative bacteria represented by Escherichia coli and Proteus mirabilis isolates
.Plasmid extraction was done using two methods (Salting out and CTAB method).Different powers and
