Abstract

Prais be to Allah the Lord of the Worlds and prayers and peace be upon our faithfull Prophet …. I wrote this Research entitled (The Imam Shams AL-din Abdulrahman Bin Qudamah AL-Maqdsi (died: 682 A.H) Slections in  Slections in proving contract annulment choice (AL-tassriah)and its duration which Iclarrified the reason of choosing this title and my method in writing Morever, a brief  Overriew of the life of Imam Shams AL-din Bin Qudamah and the meaning of (AL-tassriah)and whether it proves to the buyer to return it, beside the duration which (the tassriah) proven, and a conclusion in which I showed the results I reached and some recommendations that some researchers in the field of Jurispruden

Scholars, past and present, have paid attention to the books of Fasting and Hajj, and they have compiled literature on that, and they have written treatises and researches. The best days, and as for the pilgrimage, it is one of the great pillars of Islam, which God Almighty has distinguished by making its rituals in the best of places, which is the Sacred House of God.

This paper tries to understand the poetic reference in the images of woman, she-camel, horse and their manifestations in Tarafah-ibnulAbd's poetry. There has got my attention the fact that these three images have their own distinct taste which is characterised by a clear rhythm, let alone the  lively nature that is filled with liveliness and activity to be in harmony with the poet's youth. For these three images represented the best manifestations of his psychological and artistic poetics. The paper adopts an artistic analysis to arrive at the psychological aspects of these experiences-the woman, the she-camel, and the horse- and to understand the functions of their images and symbolic reference.

The research deals with the lyrical introduction in the commentary of Tarfa bin al-Abd as a formative system characterized by flexibility and richness of imagination, which achieved a formative treatment and a unique construction within the structures of the structural and semantic language. I dealt with the poetic verses represented by the lyrical introduction as a formative hypothesis, basing its goal on a methodological framework distributed on the problem that was summarized by the following question: Is it possible to look at the poetic pattern within the pre-Islamic poem / hanging blinking as a model, in its plastic dimensions and to identify the stylistic treatment that achieves the formation space within the poetic text. The research aims for the study about Ibn Tulun's personal and scientific biography to the
scholar, scientist and historian Ibn Tulun Shams Id- Din Mohammad Ibn Ali al-Dimashqi al-
Salihi (953 A.H. / 1546 A.D.) Ibn Tulun was a prominent Muslim historian in Blad al-
Sham.
At the first deals with Ibn Tulun's personal biography, author's name, Lineage, and
nickname, his nativity; his upbringing, and edification, his moral character, Finally, his death.
As to Ibn Tulun's scientific biography, at the first deals with his initiation into education
and learning , sheds light on his tutors and his authorities , scientific stations and travels , his
scholarly status , and Ibn Tulun's alumni or his students .
