The research aims at introducing international standards of internal auditing standards, including properties, performance, and special focus on the role of internal auditors abide by the standards of properties in achieving better accountability of the various actors in the Arab Bank and its branches in Jordan. This research deals with the protection of the consumer's acceptance by internet, we divided it into four sections, the first section is devoted to the concept of the consummation contract by internet. Given the fear felt by depositors whenever a financial crisis hits the banking sector, the idea of establishing institutions to compensate depositors in case the banking institution where they hold accounts is liquidated has been proposed.
