The current rasearch which is entitled " The stylistic change in Kandinsky and Mondrian paintings – A Comparative Analytic study-" deals with the nature of change concept, its mechanisms and its constructive disciplines. The subject of  "The minimum employee's salary  in the Iraqi Legislation" is a significant and practical importance for discussing the minimum range for salary as one of the important guarantees that approved by legislator in the civil law service and related laws based on the relied criteria and concepts that participate to decide that point.   A language is a kind of substitution. A vocal disorder that  may be a disease of speech, and it is one of the obstacles caused by organic and congenital causes, perhaps the common one is genetic.If we separate between lisping in children and separating it from what happens in adults, we find that lisping in children may have psychological causes as well as other ones, this is what we will show in this research.
