This research is a simple attempt to show how our venerable scholars employed the meanings of these tools when they interpreted the linguistic evidence, that is, the grammatical structure largely depends on the tool in forming the meaning within the sentences and employing the meanings of these grammatical tools in explaining the linguistic evidence by clarifying their significance in the contexts of their use and effectiveness. Synthesis of the meanings of grammatical tools is an important tool in understanding the linguistic structure in order to reveal its meaning.

This research presents a statistical study of radiation generated from communication towers in the Nineveh Plain region Baghdeda. The intensity of radiation energy was measured at 10 meters away from the communication tower in different locations, using a (1PC XH-901 Dosimeter/ Personal Dose Alarm / Radiation Detector, dosage rate: 0.01 μSv/h to 150μSv/h) to measure the amount of radiation at various times. Energy densities were measured and compared with standard limits provided by other authorities, such as the International Committee for Radiation Protection. Biochemical activities, including antibacterial activity, antioxidant, and antihemolytic activity, were investigated. Added economic value is considered as one of efficient tools which evaluates the performance of corporated  industrial companies. in addition to that the research studied the traditional accounting measure which is used in evaluation of the project and industrial companies.

The research tested and analyzed the added economic value measure in some industrial companies and reached to a major recommendation:

1. We must replace the traditional measure by the new measure that accounts the added value.
2. We have to train all the workers whom working in the levels of a
