دراسة المعلومات واهميتها وتوظيفها في التفكير الاستراتيجي السليم

جاء هذا البحث في اربع مباحث تناول المبحث الاول الاطار العام للبحث ،وتناول المبحث الثاني (الدراسة النظرية) بيان تاريخ المعجمات اللغوية والتعريف بها وباهدافها ووظائفها وانواعها والمادة التي تناولتها وتنظيمها وترتيبها ،وتناول المبحث الثالث(الدراسة العملية) التعريف بالمعجمات اللغوية الورقية والمحوسبة المتوافرة في مكتبات عينة البحث وبيان مدى استعمالها من طلبة الدراسات العليا ، وتناول المبحث الرابع الاستنتاج

The research aims to monitor the methods of Counter psychological warfare in the Iraqi press during the operations to liberate Mosul from the control of the terrorist organization ISIS.The research used the survey method, and “Tareek Al Shaab” Newspaper as a research sample, chosen according to the systematic random sample.
The research reached the following results:
1- The Communicator’s relied on the contents of the counter-psychological warfare and its methods in the battle of “Qadimun Ya Naynawa” used in the newspaper. The way used to estimate the fuzzy reliability differs according to the nature of the information of failure time which has been dealt in this research.The information of failure times has no probable distribution to explain it , in addition it has fuzzy quality.The research includes fuzzy reliability estimation of three periods ,the first one from 1986 to 2013,the second one from 2013 to 2033 while the third one from 2033 to 2066 .Four failure time have been chosen to identify the membership function of fuzzy trapezoid represented in the pervious years after taking in consideration the estimation of most researchers, proffional    geologists and the technician who is incharge of maintaining of Mosul Dam project. In this study, from a total of 856 mastitis cases in lactating ewes, only 34 Streptococcus agalactiae isolates showed various types of resistance to three types of antibiotics (Penicillin, Erythromycin and Tetracycline). St. agalactiae isolates were identified according to the standard methods, including a new suggested technique called specific Chromogenic agar. It was found that antibiotic bacterial resistance was clearly identified by using MIC-microplate assay (dilution method).
