Learning and pioneering the path of knowledge, so it witnessed a great prosperity in secondary education, so several important schools appeared that contributed to advancing the wheel of learning forward, including Baghdad College High School, which was founded under the auspices of Jesuit parents and became a model for secondary schools in Iraq in terms of teaching levels, scientific levels for students, and the degree of high discipline they have, and I promised Adhamiya High School For boys, one of the leading scientific and educational institutions In Iraq, as it occupied a distinguished position among the secondary schools for boys, and as a result of the increased awareness among the sons of Adhamiya, several secondary schools for girls were opened, such as Al-Adhamiya Secondary School for Girls and Al-Hariri Secondary School for Girls, who returned from the prominent Adhamiya schools for girls due to their good organization and exemplary managemen.

The current study aims to determine the prevalence of Trichomonas vaginalis and Candida spp., and also to identify Candida parapsilosis and some virulence genes. It was conducted in Bint Al-Hoda Hospital of Maternity and Children in Thi-Qar province, south of Iraq for the period from the beginning of January to the end of December 2020. Two hundred and fifty samples were collected from the female genital tract for women whose age ranged between 17-50 years. The two parameters (α, λ), (Scale parameters and Shape parameters) are estimated by LSE, WLSE and the Best Estimator’s for various samples sizes are used to find the ratio of true mean time to a pre-determined, and are used to find the smallest possible sample size required to ensure the producer’s risks, with a pre-fixed probability (1 - P*).
