This research aims to highlight the prophetic approach in civilized coexistence, and to show what society was like in the time of the Prophet, and specifically after the sakha and the writing of the newspaper (prophetic document) which established the rules of civilized coexistence, and there is no doubt that God almighty created all nations and different peoples according to Human nature, this difference has been recognized by the duty of coexistence and acquaintance without abolishing each other, coexistence and recognition of the other and respect for its particularities result in a state of dialogue between cultures and civilizations and paves the way for their meeting instead of clashing, as well as contributing coexistence to make a common life based on a measure of the balance that all humanity is targeting

Show MoreL-arabinose isomerase from Escherichia coli O157:H7 Was immobilized with activated Bentonite from local markets of Baghdad, Iraq by 10% 3-APTES and treated with 10% aqueous glutaraldehyde, the results refer that the yield of immobilization was 89%, and pH profile of free and immobilized L-arabinose isomerase was 7 and 7.5 and it is stable at 6-8 for 60 min respectively, while, the optimum temperature was 30 and 35°C and it was stable at 35 and 40°C for 60 min but it loses more than 60 and 30% from its original activity at 50°C for free and immobilized L-arabinose isomerase respectively. This research began by explaining its variables and dimensions especially the digital gap, which the authors explained it elaborately beginning with the concept, the reasons blind its emergence of its measurement, and how to treat it. The authors supposed the potentiality of relying on enforcing knowledge in general and the groups suffer from this gap in particular, especially the targeted knowledge to treat its subject.
As enforcing knowledge usually depends on some strategies or choices of organizational orientation among them is learning and training from one side, and communication, as an indicating factor for organizational effectiveness as the authors refer from the other side.
