The importance of the research stems from the importance of the role of economic units that are part of society, and accordingly, there is an urgent and necessary need to know the extent to which these units achieve their social responsibilities by disclosing the social contributions of the economic unit in a way that contributes to the possibility of achieving the goals of sustainable development, adopting the inductive approach ( Descriptive) in addressing research problems and proving His hypotheses are in the theoretical side to achieve the research objectives. As for the applied side, it is based on the approach (descriptive and analytical) to analyze the results of the questionnaire that was distributed to the members of the research sample as well as the personal interviews that were conducted with the relevant authorities, and among the most important results that were reached was the presence of influence A significant statistical significance between the accounting disclosure of social responsibility and its various activities and sustainable development.
The current study aims to examine the level of problems faced by university students in distance learning, in addition to identify the differences in these problems in terms of the availability of internet services, gender, college, GPA, interactions, academic cohort, and family economic status. Show MoreThis study was carried out to investigate the possibility of chickpea soaked water as a substitute for yeast in dough fermentation and its effects on sensory properties of the laboratory loaf bread. Chickpea was soaked for 24,48 and 72 hours at room temperature and used in proportion with or without yeast in dough fermentation . The results revealed that , as the percentage of soaked chickpea water substitution increased, the volume of the produced loaf bread decreased as compared with the control treatment (only yeast ).Best results were obtained by using soaked chickpea water for 24 hours in proportion of 1:1 soaked chickpea water : yeast regarding the sensory properties ,volume and leavening of the loaf bread.
