The Iraqi market for securities in light of financial globalization faces real challenges at the local and international levels, which were reflected in their shadows on the overall economic reality, which imposed the necessity of making fundamental changes in terms of form and content, and from here stems the research problem in the ability of the Iraqi stock market to adapt to the transformations Financial imposed by financial globalization in light of the weakness of the economic structure and its position in the global economy. The research starts from the hypothesis that the Iraqi market for securities in light of financial globalization has an important and significant role in the economic field, through its role in stimulating economic growth, in light of the financial transformations imposed by financial globalization. The study concluded that financial globalization is an inevitable phenomenon that imposes itself by force of its goal of international integration and integration with the world, reflected in its shadows by the high number of shares traded, and the occurrence of some developments in the work of the Iraq Stock Exchange, but the market's role is still limited in the national economy. Because of several problems, including the weak role of the private sector in the market. In addition to the modernity of Iraq's experience with regard to the functioning of stock markets, the absence of investment awareness, low income and the absence of a successful policy that encourages investment, as well as low rates of economic growth due to the economic and political instability in the country.

The study aims to identify the effectiveness of employing microteaching in acquiring teaching skills of students teaching basic stage in Al-Aqsa University. The two researchers used the experimental method and a quota sample consisted of a group of (80) students who were distributed on the university two branches in Gaza and Khan younis and on males and females equally, and on four teaching courses counted (20) students for each. The study aims to build a water quality index that fits the Iraqi aquatic systems and reflects the environmental reality of Iraqi water. The developed Iraqi Water Quality Index (IQWQI) includes physical and chemical components.
