The Iraqi market for securities in light of financial globalization faces real challenges at the local and international levels, which were reflected in their shadows on the overall economic reality, which imposed the necessity of making fundamental changes in terms of form and content, and from here stems the research problem in the ability of the Iraqi stock market to adapt to the transformations Financial imposed by financial globalization in light of the weakness of the economic structure and its position in the global economy. The research starts from the hypothesis that the Iraqi market for securities in light of financial globalization has an important and significant role in the economic field, through its role in stimulating economic growth, in light of the financial transformations imposed by financial globalization. The study concluded that financial globalization is an inevitable phenomenon that imposes itself by force of its goal of international integration and integration with the world, reflected in its shadows by the high number of shares traded, and the occurrence of some developments in the work of the Iraq Stock Exchange, but the market's role is still limited in the national economy. Because of several problems, including the weak role of the private sector in the market. In addition to the modernity of Iraq's experience with regard to the functioning of stock markets, the absence of investment awareness, low income and the absence of a successful policy that encourages investment, as well as low rates of economic growth due to the economic and political instability in the country.

The purpose of this study is to diagnose factors that effect Thi-Qar behavioral intention to use internet. A sample of (127) internet users of university staff was taken in the study and were analyzed by using path analyze . The study concluded that there is a set of affecting correlation. The aim of the study is to diagnose the real level of technology usage in teaching and learning EFL at university from teachers and students’ viewpoints, and see if it is possible to achieve something of the researchers’ dream - accessing top universities. Two questionnaires have been used to measure the range of technology usage in Colleges of Education for Women, Baghdad and Iraqi Universities, and College of Basic Education. The results have shown that the reality of using technology is still away from the dream. The results have been ascribed to two reasons: The first is the little knowledge of using technology in teaching, and the second is that technology is not included in the curriculum.
