   The aim of the research is to use methods based on cost-based activities )ABC) to identify the activities that cause the costs resulting from the environmental impact of the gas filling company and then to manage on the basis of the activities to manage the costs of these activities, which in turn rationalizes the environmental costs by eliminating activities that do not add .The research a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that the management of the company should continuously seek to train and qualify its staff on the accounting systems, especially in the field of accounting of environmental costs, the high environmental costs by the company, bears as a result of its activity.

Centric study on the interest of the Directorate General of Training and Development / Ministry of Electricity to consolidate the concept of process and enhancement of knowledge in the areas of organizational change، it reached a sample of the study (44) people who are highly heads of departments، technicians and administrators in different sections of the Directorate and by using the correlation coefficient (Spearman) & coefficient of simple regression been tested correlations between variables and the impact of the study، as has been reached to integrate the role of cognitive processes with the areas of organizational change and relationships that were significant at the level of overall dimensions and subsidiary organs.

A field experiment was conducted in an agricultural field in Al-Hindia district, Karbala governorate in a silty clay soil during the year 2020. The research included a study of two factors, the first is the depth of plowing at two levels, namely 13 and 20 cm, which represented the main blocks. The second is the tire inflation pressure at two levels, namely (70 and 140 kPa), which represented the secondary blocks. It includes access to the results using standard methods, where the standard model was built according to quarterly data using the program STATA 17.
