The research aims to measure the impact of the quality of the audit on the Earnings Quality, for a sample of private joint stock companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange, as the research sample included (14) private and listed joint stock companies in issuing their financial statements for the period from (2010-2018), as well as companies The audit offices in charge of auditing these companies, which number (18) companies or an audit office, and the research relied on two main models for measurement, as the first model reflects the assumed relationship between independent variables represented in the characteristics of external audit quality and measuring the extent of its impact on the dependent variable represented in the Earnings Quality, As for the second model, it was adopted on the model (Jones, 1999) modified by (Dechow et al. ,1995) to measure the Earnings Quality by measuring the total, optional, and non-optional dues. The presence of quality auditing for audit firms and audit firms that audited the research sample companies and there are statistically significant indications about the practice of some Iraqi companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange for profit management But in varying proportions and the absence of a statistically significant impact of the auditing quality metrics on the Earnings Quality in companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange.

The study was carried out in plant tissue culture laboratory, University of Baghdad during the period 2017-2019, as factorial experiment in complete randomized design, to study the effect of PEG at (0, 2, 4, 6 and 8%) on physiological and chemical changes in callus of three sunflower (Ishaqi 1, Aqmar and Al-haga) induced by the cultivation of the young stem in vitro under water stress. The content of callus cells of SOD, POD, CAT and APX enzymes as well as content of hydrogen peroxide were determined as indicators to determine the effect of PEG in callus tissue cells cultivated on medium equipped with the PEG concentrations. The effect of saline magnetized water irrigation on seed germination and seedling growth of wheat cultivar Iraq were studied. Irrigation water was supplemented with different levels of Sodium chloride 6, 12 or 18 mmhos/ cm in addition control treatment, and passed through a proper magnetic felid with 1000, 1250, 1500 or 2000 gaus in addition control treatment. The results showed significantly stimulated shoot development and led to the increase of germination, seedling emergence, area leaf, length of shoot and root and fresh and dry weight compared to the controls. Samples of Oxytricha falax were collected from Tigris River by 55µ. mesh net. Culturing of O. falax were cultivated in specific conditions (DO 3-5mg/l.; W.Temp. 24±1ºC; pH: 6.8-7.5).The effect of various furfural concentration 0, 20, 40, 80,100 and 124 ppm and toluene concentration 0, 15, 30, 34.2, 34.5 and 35 ppm after two periods of treatment (24 and 48 hr.) on the physiological parameters of O. falax ciliate were observed. The paper reports the influence of the thickness on the some optical properties of Fe2O3 thin films,which were prepared by chemical Spray pyrolysis technique on glass substrate heated to 400˚c.The thickness of thin films (250,280,350)nm were measured by using weighting method. The optical properties include the absorbance and reflectance spectra,extinction coefficient,and real and imaginary part of the dielectric constant.The result showed that the optical constant(k,εr,εi)decreased with the increase of the thickness.
