The most prominent of these methods is the imposition of harm B environmental, where it is imposed on people who do not adhere to environmental standards and in the subject of our research, Iraq did not legislate a law on environmental taxes, but the situation was limited to imposing fines on the causes of pollution and this fine did not address the problem of environmental pollution because people pay the fine and do not think about adhering to environmental standards so it must be provided Another way to push or motivate people to adopt modern methods of production to reduce environmental pollution is therefore tax exemptions one of the most important methods that can encourage people to adhere to environmental standards .

In spite of increasing clinical cases which caused by enteroviruses transferred by water and no documents about entericviruses in the Iraqi water standards. The use of coliphages as an indicator of enteroviruses and fecal pollution were suggested two procedures were applied . The first is Two-Step Enrichment Method and the second is Single Agar Layer Method. Both methods gives good results in Identification of coliphages through testing fifty different water samples (Tap water, Surface water and Bottled water) the study shows the presence of coliphages in fourteen samples.
The transition states that Iraq economy lived it after 2003, and the change in tools used by monetary policy based on C.B.I law 56 in 2004, under the especially situation for the economy (structural imbalances and the weakness of banking & financial sector).
The monetary policy adopted the inflation targeting policy to mantain the monetary stability in the economy and considered it an incubator for future growth. This research aims primarily to highlight personal tax exemptions A comparative study with some Arab and European regulations. And by conducting both theoretical comparative analyses. Most important findings of the study is the need to grant personal and family exemptions that differ according to the civil status of the taxpayer (single or married). In other words, the exemption increases as the number of family members depend on its social sense.
