The research aims to apply one of the techniques of management accounting, which is the Quality Function Deployment(QFD) on the Pepsi product in Baghdad Soft Drinks Company and to determine the technical requirements objectively that have been applied in practice in Baghdad Soft Drinks Company / a private shareholding company, as it focuses on meeting the quality requirements and achieving positive quality to provide a product It meets the requirements of current and future customers, hence the importance of research that indicates that the Quality Function Deployment(QFD) is a useful tool to develop the requirements of new products, being a design process driven by customers through their voices, and thus contribute to achieve a competitive advantage, Our research problem has emerged, which requires each economic entity to adopt the best technologies that enable it to compete and outperform its competitors in order to win the response of the customer's voice because it is the focus of the production process and drive to achieve the appropriate quality and lower cost and rapid response to the markets in order to gain customer satisfaction.

Air pollution evaluation of the operational processes in the East Baghdad oil field was carried out. The analysis was carried out by ICP-MS technique. Total Suspended Particles (TSP) air load was higher than Iraqi Standards and world international allowable limits of World Health Organization. The mean concentrations of gases carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, in the air were within national and world standards, while the mean concentration of nitrogen dioxide was higher than standard limits. This paper tries to understand the poetic reference in the images of woman, she-camel, horse and their manifestations in Tarafah-ibnulAbd's poetry. There has got my attention the fact that these three images have their own distinct taste which is characterised by a clear rhythm, let alone the lively nature that is filled with liveliness and activity to be in harmony with the poet's youth. For these three images represented the best manifestations of his psychological and artistic poetics. The paper adopts an artistic analysis to arrive at the psychological aspects of these experiences-the woman, the she-camel, and the horse- and to understand the functions of their images and symbolic reference.

This study was carried out to investigate the possibility of chickpea soaked water as a substitute for yeast in dough fermentation and its effects on sensory properties of the laboratory loaf bread. Chickpea was soaked for 24,48 and 72 hours at room temperature and used in proportion with or without yeast in dough fermentation . The results revealed that , as the percentage of soaked chickpea water substitution increased, the volume of the produced loaf bread decreased as compared with the control treatment (only yeast ).Best results were obtained by using soaked chickpea water for 24 hours in proportion of 1:1 soaked chickpea water : yeast regarding the sensory properties ,volume and leavening of the loaf bread.
