The research aims to apply one of the techniques of management accounting, which is the Quality Function Deployment(QFD) on the Pepsi product in Baghdad Soft Drinks Company and to determine the technical requirements objectively that have been applied in practice in Baghdad Soft Drinks Company / a private shareholding company, as it focuses on meeting the quality requirements and achieving positive quality to provide a product It meets the requirements of current and future customers, hence the importance of research that indicates that the Quality Function Deployment(QFD) is a useful tool to develop the requirements of new products, being a design process driven by customers through their voices, and thus contribute to achieve a competitive advantage, Our research problem has emerged, which requires each economic entity to adopt the best technologies that enable it to compete and outperform its competitors in order to win the response of the customer's voice because it is the focus of the production process and drive to achieve the appropriate quality and lower cost and rapid response to the markets in order to gain customer satisfaction.

The study found a number of results. The most prominent were the low married during the years of the study in 1997-2012. The study also showed the level of administrative units that the percentage of widows and single rise in urban and rural decline. This is due to the different nature of urban and rural society of the behavior and social habits and traditions.As the proportion of divorced and unmarried are decreased in urban and increase proportion in the countryside, and this is due to the influence of the rural population in the urban centers. As well as the study showed that there was a significant effect of the economic and social factors and other factors on marital status on its parts in the study area.

Through social service tasks for the elderly, it natural for elder people to have some attitudes about the quality and nature of provided services, whether negative or positive. Accordingly, the current research is an attempt to investigate the attitudes of the elderly toward the social service provided to them in the nursery homes. The research sample included 60 elderly people chosen from the nursey home at Al-Karrada district and then a scale of attitudes was administered to them that had proved its reliability and validity. The aim of this novel native study was to determine the microbial contamination of broken and cracked imported commercial table egg in Baghdad markets and its economic effect.
