Standards & Poor's indicators, which included items for financial reporting, many of them are not reveal by the Iraqi commercial banks,The research sample in its annual reports, as it is committed to what is stipulated in the laws and instructions of the supervisory authorities and that many of Standards & Poor's indicators are not stipulated by these laws, and the subject of audit disclosure according to Standards & Poor's indicators is an important topic that has received attention in recent times, which called for the necessity of a program to audit accounting information according to Standards & Poor's indicators for reasons including the lack of full disclosure And transparency in relation to the accounting information of many companies in the financial markets.
The present work includes the preparation and characterization of{Co(II) , Ni(II), Pd(II), Fe(III) , Ru(III),Rh(III), Os(III) , Ir(III) , Pt(IV) and VO(IV)}complexes of a new ligand 4-[(1-phenyl-2,3-dimethyl-3-pyrozoline-5-one)azo]-N,N-dimethylanline (PAD). The implicit is the narrative technique used to give indirect hidden messages. To read between the lines means to understand the implicit meaning that is not directly indicated. This technique is expressed in two forms: the hypothesis and the implications of linguistic and non-linguistic rules. Nathalie Sarraute’s "Pour un oui ou pour un non" states this narrative method through her character’s verbal and non-verbal dialogue. In these species, somatic chromosomes were arranged according to its length except the sex chromosomes. Results of this study showed that complete chromosomes karyotyping (2n) of T.castaneum equaled to twenty chromosomes ( 2n=20, XY ) whereas (2n) T.confusum equaled eighteen chromosomes ( 2n= 18,XY).
