It is Currently considered one of the most important properties of development to the countries of the world The criteria provided by computers such as accuracy, speed, time saving Storage and restore have led them to be widely used in economy, industry, agriculture, communications, etc., as well as being the major finder of reengineering the operations of innovation. The use of computers in the preparation of budgets will lead to achieve accuracy. Since, the operation draws upon the statistic and quantity estimations about budget items, the computerized balance sheet may save time and effort of preparing mathematical equations annually. According to the problem of study, the researchers concluded that it is necessary to use computers in reengineering the budget of balance sheet to save time and effort of preparation.
This study was carried out for direct detection of typhi and some of its multidrug resistance genes(tem,capt,gyrA&sul2)which encode for resistance to (Ampicillin, Chloramphenicol,Ciprofioxacin,Co-trimoxazole)by using Polymerase Chain Reaction technique .(71)blood samples for people suffering from typhoid fever symptoms depending on the clinical examination and (25)for control were collected. As weel, he hasn’t mentioned the accent but he does mention the language. In the book, he has brought back the most important and the biqqest Arabian tribes suchas tribes of Hegaz, Tamim, Hatheyal, son of Anber, Tie, Rabia Bin Wael, Bani Katham, Au there, Bani AL Harth, Bani Kalb, Bani Hgim, Zabid, Hamedan, Alia Qais, Bani Ameer and many others.
