The study sought to highlight the importance of applying the administrative control procedures which play an important role in assessing the performance of the employees of the tax administration and specifically the companies department by setting the standards and objectives of the department on the basis of which in the implementation of its work and identify deviations and errors and find appropriate solutions and evaluate the results according to appropriate solutions, The study of the problem of research, namely the extent to which the tax administration applied to the administrative control procedures in view of its importance in evaluating the performance of its employees and the extent of their application to the legislations and laws related to the taxpayers and raising their performance Its tax as planned, and was based on research on the main premise that ((the application of administrative control procedures working to improve the efficiency of tax administration employees and achieve tax proceeds as planned.
This paper introduces a complete design and simulation of a controller for the double fed induction generator (DFIG) turbine. The work also included the solar updraft tower (SUT) design to supply Al-Mahmoudia hospital in Baghdad/Iraq. The design includes the daily average load estimation, annual solar irradiance and, temperature monitoring, and logging.
According to the data obtained from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Baghdad has low wind speed. Therefore, the (SUT) has been designed to generate electrical power depending on the difference between the external and internal air temperature. Nano-silver oxide thin films with high sensitivity for NH3 gas were deposited on glass substrates by the chemical bath deposition technique. The preparations were made under different values of pH and deposition time at 70áµ’ C, using silver nitrate AgNO3 and triethanolamine. XRD analysis showed that all thin films were
polycrystalline with several peaks of silver oxides such as Ag2O, AgO and Ag3O4, with an average crystallite size that ranged between 31.7 nm and 45.8 nm, depending on the deposition parameters. The effect of gamma rays on males and females ofCallasobruchus maculatus and Trogoderma granarium which were irradiated as 1-3 days old adults was investigated. The results revealed that the percent egg hatch for both pests was zero ,and average number of egg (34.2,21.5) for both pests respectively where their males where irradiated with 0.18 kGy and mated with unirradiated females. We have studied the effect of gamma irradiation on the optical transmission, absorbance, absorption coefficient, and Urbach energy for (PMMA- doped red methyl) film deposited by using solvent casting method .The optical transmission (T %) in the wavelength range (1901100 ) nm of films was measured , it was seen that all the parameters were affected by gamma irradiation.
