The study sought to highlight the importance of applying the administrative control procedures which play an important role in assessing the performance of the employees of the tax administration and specifically the companies department by setting the standards and objectives of the department on the basis of which in the implementation of its work and identify deviations and errors and find appropriate solutions and evaluate the results according to appropriate solutions, The study of the problem of research, namely the extent to which the tax administration applied to the administrative control procedures in view of its importance in evaluating the performance of its employees and the extent of their application to the legislations and laws related to the taxpayers and raising their performance Its tax as planned, and was based on research on the main premise that ((the application of administrative control procedures working to improve the efficiency of tax administration employees and achieve tax proceeds as planned.

A novel Schiff base ligand (DBC) synthesized from 4-chlorobenzoic acid, along with its Cu (II) and Co (II) complexes, was prepared and characterized using FT-IR, 1H and 13C-NMR, UV-Vis spectroscopy, as well as magnetic and conductivity measurements. Based on this, a tetrahedral structure of [M(DBC)Cl2] was proposed for the complexes. Antioxidant activity of the compounds was assessed and compared to ascorbic acid, revealing that the copper complex exhibited superior antioxidant properties compared to the cobalt complex and the ligand. Show MoreA new series of Fe (III) , Co (II) , Ni (II) and Cu (II) complexes of the Schiff base, 5 (2-hydroxy benzylidine) -2-thio ether -1, 3, 4-thiadiazole were prepared and characterized .The imine behaves as a bidentate. The nature of bonding and the stereochemistry of the complexes were deduced from metal analyses, infrared, electronic spectra,magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurements, an octahedral geometry was suggested for all complexes except the copper complex has a square planar geometry .preliminary in vitro tests for antimicrobial activity show that all the prepared compounds except iron complex display good activity to gram positive Staphelococcus aures and gram negative Escherchia coli.
