Use of information and communications technology to archive data: A suggested form in the Tax Audit and Examination Department of the General Tax Authority
...Show More Authors

The current world is observing huge developments in presenting the opportunity for organizations and administrative units to use information and communication technology and their adoption by administrative work due to its importance in the achievement of work with higher efficiency, speed, and facility of communication with all individuals and companies using various means of communication Depending on the Internet networks. Therefore, the research dealt with the study of electronic systems designed and adopted in the creation or construction of a database for archiving data, which is the main method in organizations and administrative units in developed countries. Where this system works to convert documents, and manual processes and their attachments to The research was based on the design of an electronic system in the Tax Audit and Examination Section to archive taxpayers' data and save it in a database using the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet program, and then create an e-mail helps in communicating with the department electronically for easy access to the data to be audited, and easy to save within the system and quick access at any time.

The most important findings reached are the importance of electronic data archiving and protection from hazards that may occur. This was not limited to a certain organization or administrative unit, but involves all organizations, both governmental and non-governmental and also tax departments in all its sections, especially the Tax Audit and Examination Section, because it represents the core work of the tax administration in achieving tax justice to ensure the precision of results of taxpayers' accounts. Taking into consideration the need to design electronic systems that help in archiving and documenting data in an adjustable manner to include work in the Department of Information and Communication Technology and the design of electronic systems that help in archiving and documenting data in an adjustable manner According to developments and variations in the work. A special e-mail should be created for the department to make it easier for the taxpayers to communicate and provide data in electronic and direct form

A New Hybrid Meta-Heuristics Algorithms to Solve APP Problems
...Show More Authors
Abstract
In this paper, a new hybrid algorithm for linear programming model based on Aggregate production planning problems is proposed. The new hybrid algorithm of a simulated annealing (SA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithms. PSO algorithm employed for a good balance between exploration and exploitation in SA in order to be effective and efficient (speed and quality) for solving linear programming model. Finding results show that the proposed approach is achieving within a reasonable computational time comparing with PSO and SA algorithms.

A New Strategy to Modify Hopfield by Using XOR Operation
...Show More Authors

The Hopfield network is one of the easiest types, and its architecture is such that each neuron in the network connects to the other, thus called a fully connected neural network. In addition, this type is considered auto-associative memory, because the network returns the pattern immediately upon recognition, this network has many limitations, including memory capacity, discrepancy, orthogonally between patterns, weight symmetry, and local minimum. This paper proposes a new strategy for designing Hopfield based on XOR operation; A new strategy is proposed to solve these limitations by suggesting a new algorithm in the Hopfield network design, this strategy will increase the performance of Hopfield by modifying the architecture of t

Adding Cellulosic Ash to Composting Mix as a Soil Amendment
...Show More Authors

Solid waste generation and composition in Baghdad is typically affected by population growth, urbanization, improved economic conditions, changes in lifestyles and social and cultural habits.

A burning chamber was installed to burn cellulosic waste only. It was found that combustion reduced the original volume and weight of cellulosic waste by 97.4% and 85% respectively.

A batch composting study was performed to evaluate the feasibility of co-composting organic food waste with the cellulosic bottom ash in three different weight ratios (w/w) [95/5, 75/25, 50/50].

The composters were kept in controlled aerobic conditions for 7 days. Temperature, moisture, and pH were measured hourly as process succe

MODELS, DETECTION METHODS, AND CHALLENGES IN DC ARC FAULT: A REVIEW
...Show More Authors

The power generation of solar photovoltaic (PV) technology is being implemented in every nation worldwide due to its environmentally clean characteristics. Therefore, PV technology is significantly growing in the present applications and usage of PV power systems. Despite the strength of the PV arrays in power systems, the arrays remain susceptible to certain faults. An effective supply requires economic returns, the security of the equipment and humans, precise fault identification, diagnosis, and interruption tools. Meanwhile, the faults in unidentified arc lead to serious fire hazards to commercial, residential, and utility-scale PV systems. To ensure secure and dependable distribution of electricity, the detection of such ha

‘Ambivalence’ as a Concept in John Clare's Middle and Late Poetry

This paper signifies the contradictory point of view in John Clare’s poetry. Clare (1794-1864) is an English romantic poetry in the nineteenth century, who writes more than ten volumes about nature. So, this study highlights the concept of Psychoanalytic theory which is ‘ambivalence’ and how through this theory can interpret any literary text on the basis of utilizing psychoanalytic methods to literary texts in order to reveal the author's inner emotions such as motives, dreams, as well as wishes. Consequently, the concept of ‘ambivalence’ has a lot in common with the human psyche and its struggles. Sometimes the reader finds the author/poet talking about something real or a notion with pleasant sentiments

Metrical Phonology in Classical English and Arabic Poetry: A Contrastive Study
...Show More Authors

One of the prominent goals of Metrical Phonology Theory is providing stress of poetry on the syllable-, the foot-, and the phonological word- levels. Analysing poetry is one of the most prominent and controversial issues for the involved number and types of syllables, feet, and meters are stable in poetry compared to other literary texts. The prosodic seeds of the theory have been planted by Firth (1948) in English, while in Arabic يديهارفلا in the second half of the eighth century (A.D.) has done so. Investigating the metrical structure of poetry has been conducted in various languages, whereas scrutinising the metrical structure of English and Arabic poetry has received little attention. This study aims at capturing the
