The Psychologists have noticed, not long ago, that the man’s success and happiness in life do not only depend on his degree and education, which express on his mental intelligence but also they need another kind of intelligence called emotional intelligence. The research aims at identifying the emotional intelligence level of the top and administrative leaderships in the Federal Board of Supreme Audit by evaluating their emotional intelligence when the administrative and audit leaderships face emotional interactions by dealing with administrative and audit stuffs in the Board. The research problem is focused on the following question “Is the emotional intelligence of the top and administrative leaderships in the Federal Board of Supreme Audit taken into account when they dealing with the administrative and audit stuffs”. The research submits the following hypothesis “Adopting the emotional intelligence of administrative leaderships in the Federal Board of Supreme Audit in dealing with the audit and administrative stuff will contribute to be effectiveness of audit. Therefore, to achieve the research objectives, the analytical and descriptive approach were used as well as the questionnaire was designed for that purpose and distributed to the Board’s administrative and audit leaderships. The research has reached to some conclusions, the most important of which are: the degree to which administrative and audit leaderships in Federal Board of Supreme Audit was good. This result indicates that the Board’s administrative and audit leaderships have high degree of emotional intelligence and a high ability to recognize their personal feelings and the other feelings to motivate them. They also have the ability to manage their emotions properly in relations with others. The research has reached to several recommendations such as: the administrative and audit leaderships in the Federal Board of Supreme Audit takes into account the importance of emotional intelligence role because of its moral impact on the audit process and to be part of the Federal Board of Supreme Audit’s Culture to be accepted in this Board. Thus, it will useful to achieve the required objectives.
This article discusses some linguistic problems that arise when translating the Holy Quran from Arabic to Russian. We analyze lexical, syntactic and semantic problems and support them with Examples of verses from the Qur'an, since the Qur'an is the word of Allah. It contains prayers and instructions full of both literal representations and figurative comparisons. The identification of linguistic and rhetorical features challenges translators of the Holy Qur'an, especially when translating such literary devices as metaphor, assonance, epithet, irony, repetition, polysemy, metonymy, comparisons, synonymy and homonymy. The article analyzes: metaphor, metonymy, ellipsis, polysemy.
The purpose of the current research is to identify the most important problems that primary school students suffer from inside and outside the classroom from the point of view of their teachers. A sample of (100) male and female teachers was chosen from the Rusafa\ second Directorate for the academic year (2018-2019). The research tool was prepared after reviewing literature related to the issue of problems and difficulties facing students or students in the school stage and even at university. The researcher reached several results that were discussed in the fourth chapter, with a set of conclusions based on the results of the research, and come up with several recommendations and suggestions.
The work concerned with studying the effect of (SiO2) addition as a
filler on the adhesive properties of (PVA). Samples were prepared as
sheets by using casting method. The mechanical properties showed
that increase in tensile strength from (34MPa) to (68MPa) when
(SiO2) added to (PVA). The adhesive strength showed that joint
properties depend upon specific adhesive characteristic of material
(PVA) and (SiO2\PVA)composites at different concentrations (1.5%,
2.5%, 3.5%, 4.5wt%), the cohesive strength of the adhesive material,
the joint design, and adherent type (Sponge Rubber(SR), Natural
leather (NL), Vulcanized Rubber(VR), and Cartoon). The results

Polar and nonpolar solvents have been used to study the solvent effect on the absorption and fluorescence spectra of solute molecules. Some of the spectroscopic parameters have been determined as functions of solvent polarity and temperature. The results indicate that the band width FWHM increases with increasing the solvent polarity and temperature, while the peak emission cross section decreases with increasing of solvent polarity and decreases with increasing the temperatures. Clear vibrational structure spectra of benzoanthracene molecules have been observed in Nonane and Hexane solvents at 77K.
Five Saccharomyces cerevisiae isolated from the ability of chitinase production from the isolates were studied. Quantitative screening appeared that Saccharomyces cerevisiae S4 was the highest chitinase producer specific activity 1.9 unit/mg protein. The yeast was culture in liquid and solid state fermentation media (SSF). Different plant obstanases were used for (SSF) with the chitine, while liquid media contained chitine with the diffrented nitrogen source. The favorable condition for chitinase producers were incubated at 30 ºC at pH 6 and 1% colloidal chitine.
The aim of the current study was to investigate the impact of workplace stress on employee engagement within Iraqi universities through the mediator role of leadership style. Work-related stress and non-work-related stress were identified as representing workplace stress.
