The Local and Global Corporations are suffering of managerial and financial corruption phenomena, which leads them to loss and bankruptcy.       Zubair Formation is the most productive reservoir in southern Iraq, which is comprised of sandstones, interbedded with shale sequences and sometimes carbonate rock.
