Abstract Exotoxin A is the most lethal virulence factor produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It inhibits elongation factor-2 by ADP-ribosylation of EF2. This causes stop of the elongation of polypeptides. In recent study, the effect of low concentration of exotoxin A on some important internal organs of mice was studied. Four groups white mice were injected intraperitonialy with pure exotoxin A in the following manner 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 ng\ animals. One mouse receives normal saline inrtaperitonialy as a control. After 72 hours the mice were killed and four organs were taken, liver, spleen, lung and heart from each killed mice. Excess molar volumes of five ternary mixtures of 2- methoxy ethanol(1) +butyl acetate(2)+benzene(3), +toluene(3), +chlorobenzene(3), +bromobenzene(3), and +nitrobenzene(3) have been measured at 303.15K. The excess molar volume exhibited positive deviation over the entire range of composition in the systems 2-methoxy ethanol(1)+ butyl acetate(2)+ benzene(3),+toluene(3) and sigmoid behavior in the case of the remaining systems. Flory's statistical theory have been extended to predict the excess molar volumes of the five ternary mixtures at 303.15 k over a wide range of composition . An excellent agreement has been found between the experimental and theoretical excess molar volumes , both in magnitude and sign .

       In this research a study of some electrical properties Of (Te) thin films with(S) impurities of(1.2%) were deposited at( Ó¨=700)by thermal evaporation technique .The  thicknesses of deposited films were (1050 , 1225 , 1400 , 1575  nm) on a glass substrates of different dimensions . From X-ray diffraction spectrum, the films are polycrystalline .A study of (I-V) characteristic for thin films, the measurements of electrical conductivity (σ)and electrical resistance(R )vs. temperature( T) are done.  The objective of this study is to select a suitable observing region at Baghdad location (44^o 22^' 48^", 33^o 16^' 30^") with low interference that may affect frequency of 1.42 GHz. Baghdad University Radio Telescope (BURT) is used in this study to determine a convenient region for observation in Baghdad sky.      This research calculated the effect of partial replacement of Trillium with tin by weight ratios x=0, 5, 10, 15, and 20 of the weight of manufactured samples on the thermal conductivity coefficient of Se60Te40-xSnx chalcogenide glasses. The thermal conductivity coefficient of the samples was calculated using a disk- Lee. The results showed that increasing the concentration of tin improves the thermal insulation ability by decreasing the thermal conductivity value and then determining the optimal weight ratios at which a large thermal insulation is obtained.
