The research a set of conclusions and recommendations, perhaps the most important of which is that the application of (ABCII )technology in the implementation of contracting contracts helped to reduce the cost of the product (apartment), and this reduction will provide a vision of the company for the importance of the specification in determining the cost of products desired by the customer, as well as determining the citizen Excessive cost to be processed leading to staying in the market and achieving a competitive advantage, and based on the results of the research the researcher recommends the need to adopt cost technology based on specifications, because it provides correct and complete information to help to make strategic decisions that enable the company to Sovereignty in the competition market for contracting.
In this paper, an approach for object tracking that is inspired from human oculomotor system is proposed and verified experimentally. The developed approach divided into two phases, fast tracking or saccadic phase and smooth pursuit phase. In the first phase, the field of the view is segmented into four regions that are analogue to retinal periphery in the oculomotor system. The raw material soil of Al-Sowera factory quarry (quarry soil and mixture) used for building brick industry was tested mineralogically, geochemically and geotechnically. Mineral components of soil are characterized by Clay minerals (Palygoriskite and chlorite) and nonclay minerals like calcite, quratz, feldspar, gypsum and halite. The raw material is deficient in SiO2, Al2O3, K2O, Fe2O3 and MgO, while enriched in CaO. Loss on ignition and Na2O are in suitable level and appear to be concordant with the standard. Water samples were collected from output of water for Al-Wahda plant where located in al-karrada area in Baghdad city to study water contamination with bacteria, fungi and Algae. The study lasted one year started on August, 2016 to July,2017.Results were acquired according to two tests performed, the first is biological test included total coliform,E.coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa, total fungi, Diatom and non Diatom Algae and the second is physiochemical test included temperature, turbidity and residual chlorine.
