The regulatory authorities have implemented various standards to address the risks associated with credit facilities. One important aspect is the use of the Credit Bureau System (CBS), which plays a central role in ensuring banking soundness. Thus, the study seeks to explore the role of CBS in attaining banking soundness as a fundamental principle. The research sample consisted of three Iraqi banks spanning from 2010 to 2022. The research findings indicated that the implementation of CBS had a significant positive impact on achieving Banking Soundness (BS) rates in my bank. Six isolates of Bacillus thuringiensis were isolated from Iraqi soil characterized as non- insecticidal and non- hemolytic parasporal inclusion proteins. Bacterial isolates were propagated on nutrient broth. Then, the parasporal inclusion proteins were extracted and processed with proteinase K and trypsin. The major protein segments produced of 64KDa were characterized and tested for cytocidal activity against human leukemic T- cells (CLL) (Chronic lymphoid leukemia). Background: Fertility plays great role in animal reproduction since high quality semen improves sheep industry reproduction. The current worldwide data revealed the closely related of CNP to reproductive function of rams. Aims: Evaluation the effect of CNP on cooled sperms using the traditional and molecular assays. Methods: Totally, 20 testicular samples were collected, processed to obtain the semen samples and divided into two parts; one treated with the suitable dose of CNP and the otherserved as a control. Sperm samples of both groups were cooled for 3 days and tested at 0 0h, 24h, 48h and 72h. Results: The findings revealed that the suitable dose of CNP-treated sperms was 0.0110-13.
