Total quality management is considered a modern management concept that achieved success in all fields of various industrial and service sectors in advanced countries . One of these sectors is insurance. This concept aims at improving and developing the performance of insurance service continually . It is the gate that can enable radical change in the organization culture inside the company to transform it from using the traditional management style into using the modern style which achieves high quality standard of insurance service . As a result many insurance companies headed to applying the principles of total quality management in their companies . This study aims at raising the standard of the performance of the Iraqi Insurance Company and at the Continual improvement of the insurance service presented to the insured . The study was applied in the Iraqi Insurance Company by testing a sample of (32) workers in the Company . A questionnaire was used to gather the data . The study reached a number of conclusions . One of the most important conclusion is that the principles of total quality management are applied in the Iraqi Insurance Company in an acceptable way and that the company should do more to enforce that . The researcher submitted a group of recommendations to the company based on the conclusions the study reached. The high management in the company issues a decree to rely on total quality management approach .
Global services with an agent or a multi-agent system are a promising and new research area. However, several measures have been proposed to demonstrate the benefits of agent technology by supporting distributed services and applying smart agent technology in web dynamics. This paper is designed to build a Semantic Web on the World Wide Web (WWW) to enhance the productivity of managing electronic library applications, which poses a problem to researchers and students, represnted by the process of exchanging books from e-libraries, where the process is slow or the library needs large system data.
Uranium concentration and the annual committed effective dose in some selected medicinal plants commonly used in Iraq have been determined using fission tracks technique etch in twelve medical plants samples using CR-39 track detector. The results show that the uranium concentration ranged from 0.044±0.021 ppm in Thyme sample to 0.2±0.03 ppm in Black Pepper and Cardamom samples with an average value of 0.14 ±0.0 4ppm. The average annual effective dose due to ingestion of uranium radionuclide was 13.77x10 -5 mSv/y, which is below the world average annual committed effective dose of 0.3 mSv/y for ingestion of natural radionuclides.

The study includes the epipelic algae in Hemren reservoir, for the period between Januarys to October 2000 .The samples were collected from three selected sites at north, middle and south of reservoir. A total of 96 taxa of epipelic algae were identified. The diatoms were the dominated by 82 taxa represented 85.4% of the total identified species, followed by blue-green algae (cyanophyta) of 6.3 taxa (6%), and then green algae (chlorophyta) of 5.2 taxa (5%). One species was recorded for each crysophyta, euglenophyta and pyrrophyta. The seasonal variation for the cell density showed two peaks during spring and autumn seasons. We aimed to measure the serum levels of folate and Hcy in DS children and compare the levels with age and sex-matched apparently normal healthy children. We also aimed to study the A80G polymorphism of the gene reduced folate carrier (RFC1) in the DS children as a risk factor. Forty children with DS (24 were boys, and 16 were girls) with the age range between 5-13 years, and 26 normal healthy children (16 boys and ten girls) were included in this study.
