Banks represents financial institutions that influence the economy of any country and their evolution and development is the need to seek all states , communities, maintain and control a guarantee of the beneficiaries investors and to promote confidence, so the specialized organizations trying to set principles and rules must be adhered to and are Basel (II) of the necessary effects to be introduced and work on their application. Banks exposed by various risks one of them operational risks that have multiple effects on the activity of the institution itself, as well as the national economy, so this study was to find out what those effects and to find solutions and appropriate proposals to avoid Iraqi banks from the effects of risk, has been the adoption of the statistical analysis of data obtained them through the questionnaire that was distributed to a number of Iraqi, governments and private banks.
The study found multiple results, including how to create systems of internal control and external help in the application of Basel (II).
In order to have an idea about what happens in Iraqi food establishments in relation to implement quality management system ISO 9001, this study was performed to show the actual situation of Iraqi food establishments concerning quality management system (ISO 9001:2015), reasons of implementing, factors that hinder implementing and problems faced high administration for getting establishments certification ISO 9001:2015. The members of the family of Eentrobacteriaceae harbour a gene cluster called polyketide synthase (pks) island. This cluster is responsible for the synthesis of the genotoxin colibactin that might have an important role in the induction of double-strand DNA breaks, leading to promote human colorectal cancer (CRC). Eleven out of the eighty eight isolates (12.5%) were pks+, distributed as 7 (8%) isolates of E. coli, 2 (2.25%) of K. pneumoniae and 2 (2.25%) of E. aerogenes. Information pollution is regarded as a big problem facing journalists working in the editing section, whereby journalistic materials face such pollution through their way across the editing pyramid. This research is an attempt to define the concept of journalistic information pollution, and what are the causes and sources of this pollution.
