لا يتسع هنا المجال لأستعراض كامل الخلفيات التاريخية التي انتجت اوضاعنا الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية المتأزمة الحالية، وجل ما يمكن قوله هو ان الشعب العراقي وخلال ما يربو على ربع قرن لم يحصد سوى عدد من الحروب والعقوبات الدولية فالازمات التي ولدت الرعب والجوع المستمر للشعب حتى يومنا هذا.

Abstract

Objective(s): To evaluate the level of Psychological Empowerment among Nurses as perceived by their Point of View, and identify the differences in nurses' Psychological Empowerment with regard to age, gender, graduation level, and years of work employment. 

Methodology: A descriptive analytic design was conducted on nurses in Psycho-social health Units in Primary Health Care Centers in Kirkuk Governorate, to achieve the objectives of the study. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a Cognitive- Behavioral Training Program in reducing Problems Solving among a sample of education university  College Students, the study sample consisted of (50) students were randomly assigned to two groups: experimental, and control; (25) students per group, the results of (ANOVA) revealed that there were significant differences at (p < 0.05) between experimental and control group in Problems Solving level, while there were significant differences between both groups in achievement.
