This paper aims to improve the voltage profile using the Static Synchronous Compensator (STATCOM) in the power system in the Kurdistan Region for all weak buses. Power System Simulation studied it for Engineers (PSS\E) software version 33.0 to apply the Newton-Raphson (NR) method. All bus voltages were recorded and compared with the Kurdistan region grid index (0.95≤V ≤1.05), simulating the power system and finding the optimal size and suitable location of Static Synchronous Compensator (STATCOM)for bus voltage improvement at the weakest buses. The current study aimed to measure the attitudes of female teachers towards the use of digital learning and the degree of possessing their digital education skills. The study sample consisted of (180) workers with disabilities (mental disability، auditory impairment، visual disability، hyperactivity and distraction. To achieve the goals of the study, the transformation measure was used towards digital education for people with disabilities. The study reached the following results: the availability of digital learning skills among workers with disabilities. The study concluded with a series of recommendations including holding Training courses to keep up with the challenges of educational trends and modern technology in this area.

heavy metals.The aim of current study was estimatation the ability of Eclipta alba
plant for the removal of (Pb) from the polluted water by phytoremedation technique
and study the effect of a number of parameters(Pb concentration, contact time and
pHvalues). The plant showed higher removal efficiency (99.2%) after 7 days of
treatment at 50ppm.The best removal efficiency of Pb 98.95% at 100ppm was
occurred at pH7. The root ability to accumulate Pb was more than the shoot ability,
