The international field has witnessed economical and technological developments which made the world one market . this increased the competence among the international dealers . the market, thus comprises states, governments, international organizations, and giant economic blocs which all seek to unify the behavior of the game by dealing and seizing the opportunities and facing the threats which concern deregulation in all its forms .This led to a number of developments including the increasing number of mergers and posts which are considered investment alternatives.
In the light of changes taking place in Iraq and the extension of what is happening thus foreign banks were allowed to enter Iraq and to contribute together to work with Iraqi private banks in order to develop the Iraqi banking environment and gain experience to keep pace with this development. So this study intends to identify this type of foreign investment in Iraq through the so-called foreign participation in the capital of Iraqi private banks, which is a new experience with these banks and pinpoints the impact of this experience on those banks in improving their performance and achievements dne to the increase in capital and an increase in deposits, profits and an improvement in the quality of services provided and the excellent reputation of the bank co-whether inside or outside Iraq as a result of such participation as well as the possibility of expansion and development of these banks and their ability to face competition from other banks internationally and globally.
The research found a number of recommendations to enhance this experience by addressing some of the negatives that accompanied it.

Abstract
The study aimed: To assess the level of trainers' knowledge about the application of strategies and to find out the relationship between Trainer's knowledge and their socio-demographic characteristics.
Methodology: Using the pre-experimental design of the current study, for one group of 47 trainers working at the private Autism Centers in Baghdad, data was collected from 8/January / 2022 to 13 /February /2022. Using non-probability samples (convenient samples), self-management technology in which trainers fill out the questionnaire form themselves was used in the data collection process; it was analyzed through descriptive and inference statistics.
The main objectives of present study are to evaluate the trace elements pollution in the sediment of the Tigris River and drainage canals in Wasit Governorate, Iraq. Assessment of trace elements pollutants were conducted for 18 sediment samples collected in March 2017. Trace elements were analyzed in sediment Tigris River samples in Wasit Governorate. This metal pollution was evaluated using geo-accumulation (I-geo) index, Contamination Factor (CF) and Pollution Load Index (PLI). Employing a descriptive methodology and survey technique, the study conducts content analysis on articles published in three prominent newspapers: Al-Sabah, Al-Mada, and Tareeq Al-Shaab. A multi-stage sampling method was employed, encompassing 260 issues of the aforementioned newspapers. Data collection involved the use of a content analysis questionnaire, with the "How it was said?" method utilized to determine analysis categories.
The results showed that Al-Sabah newspaper adopted a positive approach in addressing COVID-19-related topics, while Al-Mada newspaper remained neutral, and Tare
